In the long run, they should consider Hero Academy also offer "tailor workshop" to sew a costume for heroes - for a massive amount of resources, as usual ) Perhaps the weakest part of it is the fact that one needs to have a lot of luck (or sink a lot money) to get the same S1 5-star AGAIN, during the costume event and then level that costume on his original already maxed hero.
